Richard has spent his career in the technology sector, specialising in product management and leadership. With over 15 years of experience at high-growth tech startups and multinational companies, he has led teams in delivering innovative digital products and services to millions of users worldwide. Richard is passionate about education and the role of technology in shaping the future of learning. As a Parent Governor, he is committed to supporting the Academy’s strategic direction and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all students. Richard lives in Horsmonden with his family and enjoys mountain biking and exploring the Kent countryside. He holds a BSc from the University of Reading
