Profile

Amanda is a self-employed consultant specialising in organisation development, operational improvement and culture change, largely in the public sector. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a master’s degree in strategic human resource management. Amanda grew up in Paddock Wood and attended Mascalls School. After a few years away Amanda moved back to Kent and has lived in Pembury for over 20 years with her husband, two children and two mad dogs. She is passionate about improving life chances and supporting people in their development, which starts with careers guidance in schools.
